Personal Banking Advisor
The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a client advisor for its private client services in Contrex (86–100%) who will advise clients on financing, investment, and wealth planning matters and actively recruit new clients. Candidates must have a background in business or finance, as well as strong sales skills.
Tasks
- You will assist clients with their needs regarding financing, investments, and wealth planning.
- Vous acquerrez dans un esprit entrepreneurial de nouveaux clients.
- Vous établirez et maintiendrez une relation de confiance avec la clientèle.
- You will proactively follow up with clients after they request a quote or application, throughout their entire customer journey, to assess their customer lifetime value in various life situations.
- You will receive ongoing training on product changes, changes in internal regulations, or changes in external regulations.
- Vous veillerez à la maîtrise des risques et au respect des dispositions légales.
Requirements
- You have a background in business and/or finance.
- You have strong sales and advisory skills across the full range of financing and wealth management products.
- Dynamic and pragmatic, you have a strong sense of initiative and are a team player.
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to act quickly in unexpected situations.
- Your knowledge of English and/or German is a real asset.
