The function

We are looking for a Collaborateur or Collaboratrice to help us with:

• developing a mutual understanding and partnership based on trust with the client in order to accompany them in their strategic business considerations in cooperation with other banking services
• the definition of a structured consulting process and the most suitable solutions for each client according to their needs, objectives and expectations and depending on their status as entrepreneur or executive
• proposing high-quality investment solutions in close cooperation with other team members and wealth planning solutions
• the preparation of a plan for the development of the strategic customer portfolio with measurable acquisition actions
• compliance with all regulations, guidelines and standards that contribute to an effective risk culture
• the constant updating of precise customer documentation

Requirements

• a university degree or an equivalent level of education
• Local experience in customer service for executives and/or entrepreneurs (E&E)
• Experience in customer consulting for companies and/or entrepreneurs
• Expert knowledge about structured products
• strong business acumen
• excellent communication skills
• Resilient and a team player
• fluent in French and English (relief)
