Job description

Private/Individual Client Advisor. Do you have a business background and experience in the banking sector? If you’re looking for an opportunity to put your skills to good use, this position is for you. What does this entail? You will assist clients with their needs regarding financing, investments, and wealth planning. You will acquire new clients with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will establish and maintain a relationship of trust with clients. You will proactively follow up with clients following a request for a quote or information, or after a personal interaction. You will continuously educate yourself on changes to internal and external guidelines. You will ensure risk management and compliance with legal requirements.

Tasks

• Vous accompagnerez les clients dans leurs demandes en matière de financements, placements et planification patrimoniale.
• Vous acquerrez dans un esprit entrepreneurial de nouveaux clients.
• You will establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers.
• Vous assurerez un suivi proactif des clients suite à une demande d'offre/d'information ou suite à un contact personnel.
• Vous vous formerez de manière permanente sur les modifications de directives internes et externes.
• Vous veillerez à la maîtrise des risques et au respect des dispositions légales.

Requirements

• You have a background in business and/or finance.
• Vous avez de bonnes capacités de vente et de conseil sur l'ensemble des produits et services de placement, de financement et de conseil patrimonial.
• Dynamic and pragmatic, you benefit from a strong sense of initiative and contribute to the success of your team.
• You have strong analytical skills and are able to act quickly in unexpected situations.
• Your knowledge of English and/or German is a real asset.
