Tasks

• They assist customers with their concerns regarding financing, investments and wealth planning.
• You win new customers in an entrepreneurial spirit.
• They establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers.
• You provide proactive customer support after a request for a quote/information or after personal contact.
• They continuously educate themselves about internal and external policy changes.
• They pay attention to risk control and compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

• You have commercial training with experience in banking and experience in managing a bank customer portfolio.
• You have good sales and advisory skills for all products and services in the areas of investment, financing and investment advice.
• You are dynamic and pragmatic, have a strong sense of initiative and contribute to the success of your team.
• You have good analytical skills and can act quickly in unforeseen situations.
• Knowledge of English, German and/or Italian is an advantage.
