- They assist customers with their concerns regarding financing, investments and wealth planning.
- You win new customers in an entrepreneurial spirit.
- They establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers.
- They provide proactive customer support after a request for a quote or information, or after personal contact.
- They are constantly learning about changes to internal and external guidelines.
- They ensure that risks are controlled and legal requirements are complied with.
Requirements
- You have commercial training with experience in banking and experience in managing a bank customer portfolio.
- You have good sales and advisory skills for all products and services in the areas of investments, financing and investment advice.
- You are dynamic and pragmatic, have a strong sense of initiative and contribute to the success of your team.
- You have good analytical skills and can act quickly in unforeseen situations.
- Knowledge of English, German and/or Italian is an advantage.
