Tasks

• You acquire new business partners in an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You discover and exploit the potential of existing customers and prospects.
• You support customers and analyze their requirements in terms of financing, investments, and financial planning, while assessing the risks.
• They use the marketing and sales information system to optimize customer service.
• You establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers, in particular through positive customer service (anticipating customer requirements, recognition of the bank).
• You provide proactive customer support after a request for a quote or information, or after personal contact.
• They continuously educate themselves about internal and external policy changes.
• You will monitor customer relationships, with particular emphasis on compliance with legal requirements, money laundering regulations, and risk management.

Requirements

• You have commercial training with experience in banking and experience in managing a bank customer portfolio.
• You have good sales skills, especially for all services and products depending on the type of customer.
• You are a pragmatic, open, transparent, and constructive person with good communication skills.
• You have strong analytical skills and autonomy.
• You have a strong sense of initiative.
• Knowledge of several languages is a plus.
