Private/individual customer advisor – Major influencers

Tasks

• You will acquire new business partners in an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You will identify and exploit the potential of existing customers and prospects.
• You will assist clients and analyze their financing, investment, and financial planning needs while assessing risks.
• You use the marketing and sales information system to manage customer follow-up with a view to optimizing service quality.
• You establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers, in particular by actively nurturing the relationship (knowing how to anticipate customer expectations, showing the bank's appreciation).
• You proactively follow up with customers after they request a quote/information or after personal contact.
• You continuously educate yourself on changes to internal and external guidelines.
• You manage customer relations, in particular by ensuring compliance with legal provisions and anti-money laundering regulations, and from a risk management perspective.

Requirements

• You have commercial training, with proven experience in banking and experience in managing a banking client portfolio.
• You have good sales skills, particularly with regard to the range of services and products available to different customer groups.
• You are pragmatic, frank, transparent, and constructive, and you have good interpersonal skills.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• You have a strong sense of initiative.
• Your language skills would be an asset.
