• You are the point of contact for SMEs and finance professionals in the region, advising your clients professionally and competently on their needs in the areas of financing, foreign exchange, payment transactions, and account management.
• You handle and manage your customers' issues in the areas of financing, foreign exchange, and payments, and you ensure customer retention and acquisition.

Your skills

• Higher commercial education (ES, certified public accountant) or education in economics (university or university of applied sciences)
• Good knowledge of banking and corporate financialization, as well as specialist knowledge of currency
• A sense of commitment and enthusiasm for customer acquisition
