Tasks

* Provide high-quality advice on retirement planning (3a accounts, 2 accounts, etc.); * Advise our clients on investments; * Support clients in their digital transformation using our solutions (e-banking, mobile banking, Twint).

Requirements

* CFC in commercial studies, ideally with a banking specialization, or equivalent commercial training; * Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Swiss banking or financial sector; * Strong customer focus and the ability to build trusting relationships; * Good knowledge of financial products and applicable regulations; * Proactivity, flexibility, and attention to detail; * Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
