Private Client Advisor (80–100%) for our branch in Saignelégier.

Tasks

The following responsibilities are part of the position:

• Provide high-quality advice on retirement planning (3a accounts and vested benefits accounts)
• Advising our clients on investments
• Supporting customers in their digital transformation through the digital solutions we provide (e-banking, mobile banking, Twint)

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• Commercial Apprenticeship Certificate (CFC), ideally with a banking specialization, or equivalent commercial training
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Swiss banking or financial sector
• Strong customer focus and the ability to build trusting relationships
• Good knowledge of financial products and applicable regulations
• Proactivity, flexibility, attention to detail
• Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and independence
