Your tasks
- Providing our private customers with professional and needs-based advice on basic services
- Developing existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers and contacts
- Independent and competent processing of all transactions at the counter
- Administrative support for general administrative tasks and complaints from private customers
Your requirements
- Banking apprenticeship
- Good knowledge of dealing with private customers on a daily basis
- Ability to recognize the needs and expectations of private customers
- Potential required to grow within junior programs and act as team liaison
- Team spirit and ability to actively participate in administrative tasks
- Ability to communicate openly
