Conseiller/-ère clientèle privée
Tasks
- Management and monitoring of a client portfolio in a team (CPB segments)
- Advice on basic products (payments, savings, investments and pensions)
- Creating solutions that are tailored to the individual needs, wishes, goals and personal situations of customers
- Development of existing customer relationships
- Targeted acquisition of new customers
Requirements
- Completed banking training, ideally with certification of the SAQ "Conseiller/-ère clientèle privée" competencies
- Customer-oriented and consultative approach
- Security in human relationships
- Good team spirit and cooperation
