As Conseiller-ère Clientèle at UBS in Châtel-St-Denis, you will be responsible for assisting clients, advising them on pension and investment matters and supporting them in the use of digital banking services. Main tasks
- dans l'agence, vous représentez UBS, accueillez chaleureusement la clientèle et vous assurez le rôle d'hôte
- vous conseillez les clients et les clients sur les thèmes de la prévoyance et des placements tout en perfectionnant vos connaissances dans ces domains
- vous enthousiasmez la clientèle pour le monde digital et vous aidez les aidez à maîtriser l'e-banking, le mobile banking ou TWINT
