Customer advisor, Sion | 80-100% What does this involve?

• You analyze complex dossiers and propose strategies for recovery.
• They preserve and valorize risk loans and/or loans that are difficult to recover.
• They take appropriate measures to reduce risks.
• They work closely with the front and back office departments.
• They ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of operational processes.

Requirements

This position is for you if...

• You have a higher commercial education (ES, HES, or equivalent).
• You have proven experience in the credit sector with knowledge of legal and accounting aspects.
• You have financial analysis skills and a sense of responsibility that enables you to quickly grasp complex situations and ensure the confidentiality of the matters you handle.
• You are skilled at negotiating and can handle difficult situations.
• You have communication skills in French and German.
