Job description

Customer Service Advisor in Sion (80–100%). You will analyze complex cases and propose strategies for debt collection. You will manage and optimize at-risk and/or difficult-to-collect receivables. You will implement measures to mitigate risks. You will work closely with the front and back-office departments. You will ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of operational processes.

Tasks

  • Analysis of complex cases and proposal of collection strategies
  • Protection and recovery of at-risk and/or difficult-to-collect receivables
  • Reducing risks through appropriate measures
  • Collaboration with the Front and Back Office departments
  • Ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of operational processes

Requirements

  • Advanced business degree (ES, HES, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in the field of lending, with knowledge of legal and accounting aspects
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and a sense of responsibility
  • Quickly grasping complex situations and ensuring confidentiality
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations
  • Fluent communication in French and German
