Customer advisor in Sion (80-100%) What does this involve?- You analyze complex cases and propose strategies for recovering debts.
- You secure and valorize high-risk and/or difficult-to-collect receivables.
- They take appropriate measures to minimize risks.
- They work closely with the front and back office departments.
- They ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of operational processes.
Requirements
This position is for you if...- You have a higher commercial education (ES, HES, or equivalent).
- You have proven experience in the field of loans, with knowledge of legal and accounting aspects.
- You have financial analysis skills and a sense of responsibility that enables you to quickly grasp complex situations and ensure the confidentiality of the matters you handle.
- You are skilled at negotiating and can handle difficult situations.
- You have good communication skills in French and German.
