Client Relationship Manager (Debt Recovery), Sion | 80–100% If you have expertise in credit management, this position is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for! What does this entail? You will analyze complex cases and propose tailored collection strategies. You will safeguard and recover at-risk and/or hard-to-collect receivables. You will take appropriate measures to mitigate risks. You will work closely with the Front and Back Office departments. You will ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of operational processes.Requirements
This position is for you if...- You have a higher education degree in business (ES, HES, or equivalent).
- You have proven experience in the field of credit, with knowledge of legal and accounting matters.
- With strong financial analysis skills and a sense of responsibility, you quickly grasp complex situations while ensuring the confidentiality of the matters at hand, and develop innovative solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
- You are a skilled negotiator and able to handle difficult situations.
- You are fluent in French and German.
