Customer Center AdvisorTasks
- Respond to customer requests and provide advice by phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service.
- Systematically identify the customer and provide information
- Communicate the terms and conditions and information about the various products and services and exploit the sales potential.
- Transmit the information necessary for updating computer data for customer service and market management purposes.
- Provide advice by telephone on basic products/services (accounts, cards, e-banking) and provide initial information on other banking products.
- Accompany and support our customers with our digital products, thereby creating added value for their customer experience.
- Schedule appointments with our advisors
Requirements
- Commercial training (CFC, MPC, ESC, Type E Matura)
- Experience working in a customer center with excellent knowledge of office software tools
- Effective communication in French, any other language being an additional asset
- A pragmatic and rigorous person who offers constructive solutions for improvement and is comfortable communicating over the phone.
- Appreciation of teamwork and easy collaboration with colleagues
