We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor (80-100%) to join our team. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships of trust with existing customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Take an active part in developing activities in this area.

Profile recherché

• Banking training or higher commercial education.
• Comprehensive knowledge of products and banking regulations.
• Extensive experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer focus and ability to build relationships of trust.
• Ability to manage and develop a customer portfolio.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and specific conditions in the region.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.
• Certification as a "Conseiller-ère clientèle individuelle" by SAQ or willingness to complete this training.
