Mortgage advisor
Banque Cantonale du Jura is looking for a mortgage advisor to advise and support customers and develop the bank's mortgage and loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will have banking qualifications, experience in customer advisory services, and excellent communication skills.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service
- Actively participate in the development of BCJ activities in the field
Profile recherché
- Higher banking or commercial education
- In-depth knowledge of products and banking regulations
- Significant experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to build trusting relationships
- Ability to manage and develop a client portfolio
- Knowledge of the real estate market and the specific characteristics of the Jura region
- Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
- Certification as an “individual customer service representative” issued by the SAQ, or the ability to complete this training program
