Mortgage advisor
Banque Cantonale du Jura is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to advise and assist clients and support the team in developing business in the area of mortgages and loans. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, experience in client advisory services, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Tasks
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service
- Actively participate in the development of BCJ activities in the field
Requirements
- Higher banking or commercial education
- In-depth knowledge of products and banking regulations
- Significant experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to build trusting relationships
- Ability to manage and develop a client portfolio
- Knowledge of the real estate market and the specific characteristics of the Jura region
- Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
- Certification as an "individual customer advisor" issued by SAQ or aptitude to complete this course
