Mortgage advisor
Banque Cantonale du Jura is looking for a mortgage advisor to advise and support customers and assist the team in developing activities in the mortgage sector. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in customer advisory services, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Tasks
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service
- Actively participate in the development of BCJ activities in the field
Requirements
- Higher banking or commercial education
- In-depth knowledge of products and banking regulations
- Significant experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to build trusting relationships
- Ability to manage and develop a client portfolio
- Knowledge of the real estate market and the specific characteristics of the Jura region
- Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
- Certification as an "individual customer advisor" issued by SAQ or aptitude to complete this course
