Investment Advisor
Banque Cantonale du Jura offers a certification program to ensure a high level of competence in various professions, such as investment advisor, assistant, and others. This certification is recognized by the Swiss Association for Quality and must be renewed every three years.

The BCJ has established an internal certification program to ensure that its staff’s skill levels meet industry standards.Definition of the relevant professions
The professions involved are:- Credit advisor: He or she maintains a close relationship with clients (businesses or individuals) in order to fully understand their situation and needs, so as to advise them and manage their credit portfolio.
- Investment advisor: an expert in client relations, a generalist with broad knowledge of the financial sector, specializing in wealth management.
- Assistants: primarily working in the Credit and Markets divisions, they support advisors with administrative tasks and may be assigned a client portfolio.
SAQ Certification
The SAQ certificate is a mark of quality, attesting that the holder possesses the necessary skills and is familiar with the standards of conduct established for the role of advisor.- It is recognized by the federal government.
- Recertification takes place every three years to maintain quality standards.
