La fonction

Nous recherchons une nouvelle collègue ou un nouveau collègue à l'écoute des clients et qui évolue sans difficulté dans le monde digital. Voici vos tâches principales :

• conseiller de manière complète nos clients dans toutes les questions relatives au financement hypothécaire
• saisir et analyzer de manière autonome les demandes de crédit
• to precisely identify all the needs of our clients and to be in contact with them on a daily basis by telephone, in writing and sometimes in person
• quickly find optimal solutions to ensure a lasting relationship with the client and attract new clients
• encourage our clients to use our digital products and support them in this process
