- Comprehensive advice for our customers in all matters relating to mortgage financing
- Independent recording and analysis of credit requests
- Accurate recording of all our customers' needs and daily contact with them by telephone, in writing and occasionally in person
- Finding optimal solutions quickly in order to build a lasting relationship with customers and win new customers
- Encouraging our customers to use our digital products and supporting them along the way
