Remote advisor or consultant

BCV is looking for a remote advisor for its retail division to advise and support clients via various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have completed their education, have at least two years of experience in customer service, and have a very good command of French and another language.

Join the leading universal bank in the canton of Vaud, one of the most solid banks in the world. We are looking for a remote advisor for our Retail division.

Tasks

Vos missions principales :
  • Advising our customers on all basic banking products via various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Identify sales opportunities (promote and sell our products, arrange appointments with agency advisors)
  • Supporting our customers in using our e-banking products and mobile applications

Requirements

Votre profil :
  • Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence in commerce, from a hotel/tourism school or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service
  • Very good command of computer tools
  • Dynamic, excellent customer service skills, and team spirit
  • Perfect command of French, very good English or German skills (spoken and written), another language is an asset – ideally Portuguese or Italian
