Financial Advisor or Bank Advisor (Full-time)
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise is seeking a Banking Advisor to provide support and advice to clients at various branches in the Lausanne region. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking or business and experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution.
Vos missions principales
- work with several agencies in the region
- welcome customers, guide them through the branch’s open-plan area, and train them on how to use the available tools (including ATMs and online banking)
- identify their needs and assess their potential, recommend various everyday financial management products, or refer them to a specialist advisor
- manage a cash register and vending machines independently
Votre profil
- banking or business education
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution
- knowledge of basic banking products and services for everyone
- interpersonal skills, sales aptitude, team spirit, willingness to relocate
- fluent in French, good knowledge of English
