Financial Advisor or Bank Advisor

Job description

We are looking for a Financial Advisor or Bank Advisor for our Retail Division.

Tasks

* Work across multiple branches in the region, * Greet customers, guide them through the branch’s open-plan area, and train them on how to use the available tools (including online banking and ATMs), * Identify their needs and assess their potential, recommend various everyday banking products, or refer them to a specialist advisor, * Independently manage a teller window and ATMs.

Requirements

• Banking or business education,
• Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution,
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services,
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales aptitude, team spirit, willingness to relocate,
• Fluency in French and a good command of English.
