Financial Advisor or Bank Advisor - Lausanne Area
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a banking advisor for the Lausanne region to advise and assist customers and manage a teller window and ATMs. The ideal candidate has training in banking, experience in customer service, and a good command of French and English.
Vos missions principales
- Collaborate with several agencies in the region
- Greet customers, guide them through the branch’s open-concept space, and train them on how to use the tools provided (including ATMs and online banking)
- Determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products, or refer them to a specialist advisor.
- Independently manage a cash register and vending machines
Votre profil
- Banking or commercial training
- Experience in customer service, ideally with a financial institution
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services
- Interpersonal skills, commercial aptitude, team spirit, geographical mobility
- Fluent in French, good knowledge of English
