Financial Advisor or Bank Advisor - Lausanne Area
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a banking advisor for the Lausanne region to advise and assist clients and handle a wide range of banking transactions. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in sales to clients, and a good command of French and English.
Tasks
Your main responsibilities:- collaborate within several agencies in the region,
- welcome customers, guide them through the branch's open-concept space, and train them on how to use the tools provided (including ATMs and online banking),
- determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products or refer them to a specialist advisor,
- Independently manage a cash register and the vending machines.
Requirements
Your profile:- formation bancaire ou commerciale,
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution,
- knowledge of basic banking products and services for everyone,
- interpersonal skills, sales aptitude, team spirit, willingness to relocate,
- Fluency in French, good knowledge of English.
