Remote advisor
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a remote advisor for its retail division to advise and support customers via various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have completed their education, have at least two years of experience in customer service, and have a very good command of French and another language.
Tasks
Vos missions principales :- Advising our customers on all basic banking products via various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Identify sales opportunities (promote and sell our products, arrange appointments with agency advisors)
- Supporting our customers in using our e-banking products and mobile applications
Requirements
Votre profil :- Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence in commerce, from a hotel/tourism school or equivalent
- At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service
- Very good command of computer tools
- Dynamic, excellent customer service skills, and team spirit
- Perfect command of French, very good English or German skills (spoken and written), another language is an asset – ideally Portuguese or Italian
