Tâches principales

• Provide comprehensive advice to internal clients regarding financial services:
  • In-house and on-site client consultations
  • Checking Account Management (accounts/checking/transfer, e/)
  • Managing Your Client Portfolio
  • Active prospecting and new customer acquisition
• Ensure that controls are in place to address the specific needs of this client base (compliance monitoring):
  • Treatment of Deposits
  • Declaration of Conformity
  • Compliance with regulations regarding money laundering and terrorist financing, etc.
• Actively implement the compliance framework (contextual rights):
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations
• Respond effectively and promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle other administrative tasks associated with the position

Job Profile

• Federal Certificate in Financial Planning (IAF) or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a role as a personal advisor or client service representative at a Swiss bank
• In-depth knowledge of the business world, as well as a thorough understanding of the market, our customers, our processes, and the company, are essential
