Job description

We are looking for a new colleague for our Retail division:

Individual Customer Advisor

Main tasks:

• Proactive management and development of a customer portfolio
• Advising clients on day-to-day management, investments, real estate financing and pensions
• Active participation in commercial campaigns
• Contribution to identifying and acquiring new clients for the private banking clientele and corporate clientele

Requirements:

• Banking or commercial training
• Several years of experience in managing the portfolios of individual bank clients
• Proficiency in Swiss banking products and services, supplemented by SAQ certification as a "Conseiller Clientèle Individuelle" (advantageous)
• Commercial sense, results orientation, autonomy and organizational precision
• Perfect command of French, good knowledge of English
