Investment advisor Advisory

Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an Investment Advisor for its Private Banking division to manage a portfolio of discerning clients and offer personalized investment solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in private banking and a solid background in finance, including CFA or equivalent.

Tasks

Vos missions principales :
  • Actively manage a portfolio of sophisticated and demanding clients and customers.
  • Proposing customized investment solutions across all asset classes, in line with the Bank's views and in accordance with clients' risk profiles.
  • Optimize investment decisions by taking into account the overall financial situation of clients.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the Active Advisory client base in collaboration with the heads of the Private Banking teams.
  • Organize, participate, and be a driving force in various committees for the Private Banking Council.
  • Communicate effectively and support front-line teams in investment decisions approved by committees.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives related to the function.

Requirements

Votre profil :
  • University or higher education,
  • CFA, CILA, or equivalent, CWMA in everything,
  • 5 to 10 years of advanced experience in financial markets as an investment advisor for private banking clients,
  • Proficiency in financial products across all asset classes, including derivatives,
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, critical thinking, results-oriented and proactive,
  • Strong ability to communicate about their field of expertise, ease in sharing their knowledge across different media or during workshops and events,
  • Very good writing skills in French, fluent written and spoken English, German an asset.
