Specialized Recruitment Consultant - 80%
BCV is seeking a specialized recruiting consultant (80%) who will independently manage the entire recruitment process, from defining the candidate profile to contract negotiations.
Vos missions principales
- Comprehensively manage the employee recruitment process, including defining the job profile, developing a search strategy, conducting selection interviews, and negotiating employment terms
- Propose and use various sourcing methods to ensure active monitoring of business units
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects
- Represent the Bank, particularly at college fairs and other events
Votre profil
- Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally supplemented by training in human resources
- Proven experience in corporate recruitment
- Experience using candidate sourcing channels such as LinkedIn
- Ability to handle high recruitment volumes
- Diligence, a collaborative spirit, a results-oriented approach, the ability to persuade, and a commitment to service and organization
- Excellent command of French
