Vos missions principales

• Comprehensively manage the employee recruitment process, including defining the job profile, developing a search strategy, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment terms;
• Propose and use various sourcing methods to ensure active monitoring of business units;
• Contribute to recruitment-related projects (college career fairs and other events).
• Represent the Bank, particularly at university forums and other events.

Votre profil

• Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally supplemented by training in human resources,
• Proven experience in corporate recruitment
• Experience using candidate sourcing channels such as LinkedIn,
• Ability to handle high recruitment volumes,
• Diligence, a collaborative spirit, a results-oriented approach, the ability to persuade, a commitment to service and organizational skills,
• Excellent command of French.
