SME Consultant (Male or Female) - Gros-de-Vaud Region
BCV is seeking an SME Expert Advisor for the Gros-de-Vaud region to manage and expand a client portfolio consisting of small and medium-sized enterprises, public entities, and real estate professionals. The ideal candidate has a higher education degree in banking, extensive experience in corporate finance, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Vos missions principales
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients, public-law entities, and real estate professionals in the region, and offer them BCV’s financial solutions and services
- Actively reach out to businesses in the region and get involved in the business community
- Leverage all the expertise within the Bank's internal network to deliver the greatest possible value to your clients
- Develop financing solutions while identifying risk factors and working closely with credit analysts and real estate experts
- Contribute to the professional development of other team members, particularly by sharing knowledge and experiences
Votre profil
- Advanced banking education (HES, HEC, etc.)
- Proven experience in the field of financing and comprehensive consulting for real estate companies and professionals
- In-depth knowledge of the local economy and involvement in community life
- Strong customer focus, proactivity, and a commitment to service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; results-oriented
