SME Consultant (Male or Female) - Gros-de-Vaud Region

Vos missions principales

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients, public-sector entities, and real estate professionals in the region, and advise them on BCV's financial services
• Actively reach out to businesses in the region and get involved in the business community
• Leverage all the expertise within the Bank's internal network to deliver the greatest possible value to your clients
• Develop customized financing solutions by identifying risk factors and working closely with credit analysts and experts
• Contribute to the professional development of other team members, particularly by sharing knowledge and experiences

Votre profil

• Advanced banking education or higher education (HES or HEC, etc.)
• Proven experience in the field of financing and comprehensive consulting for real estate companies and professionals
• In-depth knowledge of the local economy and involvement in community life
• Strong customer focus, proactivity, and a commitment to service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; results-oriented
