Manage and develop a portfolio of SME and real estate professional clients in the region by offering them, through BCV’s financial services, a range of services that enable them to maximize their economic, financial, and real estate interests, by:
Review financing applications while identifying risk factors and working closely with credit analysts, real estate experts, and agents
Contribute to the development of a profitable capital base by increasing its return and value

Votre profil

Advanced banking education or higher education (HES or HEC, etc.)
Proven experience in real estate financing and providing comprehensive consulting services to businesses and real estate professionals
In-depth knowledge of the local economy and involvement in community life
Strong customer focus, proactivity, and a commitment to service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; results-oriented
