Corporate Customer Advisor – Lower Valais

The position as Conseiller/conseillère clientèle des entreprises at a bank in Bas-Valais involves developing and maintaining customer relationships and assisting customers with financing inquiries. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial training, several years of experience in customer service, and excellent French language skills.

Tasks

Specifically?
  • Your objective will be to develop and exploit the potential of existing customers and prospects.
  • You will develop and maintain trusting and close relationships with customers.
  • You will assist clients and analyze their financing requests for commercial, industrial, craft, or investment properties.
  • You will undergo ongoing training on changes to guidelines and develop your knowledge of the services and products available to this type of customer.
  • You will manage the various administrative activities related to your portfolio and ensure both the quality and speed of file processing.
  • You will participate in the bank's events and activities in order to strengthen our presence in the region.

Requirements

This position is for you if...
  • You have a higher education degree in business with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have several years of experience in a similar position in the corporate client sector, particularly in the area of corporate finance.
  • Dynamic and pragmatic, you have a strong sense of initiative and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are proficient in IT tools and have strong analytical skills.
  • You are able to work proactively and have an eye for detail.
  • Your knowledge of French is excellent.
