Tasks
- Developing and exploiting the potential of existing customers and potential new customers
- Establishing and maintaining relationships of trust and closeness with customers
- Supporting clients and analyzing their requirements in the area of financing commercial, industrial, craft, or yield-oriented real estate properties
- Ongoing training on changes to guidelines and development of knowledge about products and services for this type of clientele
- Management of administrative tasks related to your portfolio and ensuring quality and fast processing of dossiers
- Participation in bank events and functions to strengthen our presence in the region
Requirements
- Completion of higher commercial education with excellent communication skills
- Several years of experience in a similar position in the field of management consulting, particularly in the area of corporate finance
- Dynamic and pragmatic, with a strong sense of initiative and teamwork
- Proficiency in computer tools and strong analytical skills
- Ability to set priorities and work independently, as well as ensure proactive customer service
- Language skills are a plus
