• High-Quality Retirement Planning Advice (Accounts Based on Needs or Vested Benefits)
• Advising clients on investment matters
• Supporting customers in their digital transformation using the digital solutions provided (e-banking, mobile banking, Trendit)

Requirements

• EFA Business Administrator, ideally with a banking specialization, or equivalent business training
• Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the Swiss banking or financial sector
• A strong customer focus and the ability to build trusting relationships
• A solid understanding of financial products and applicable regulations
• Proactivity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail
• Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and independence
