We are looking for a new colleague for our Retail division:
Conseillère or Conseiller bancaire
Tasks
- Cooperation between several agencies in the region
- Welcoming customers, providing guidance in the agency's open space, and training in the use of the tools provided (in particular e-banking and ATMs)
- Identifying customer needs and assessing their potential, advising on various products for ongoing management, or providing specialized advice
- Autonomous management of a cash register and ATMs
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services
- Relational skills, commercial skills, team spirit, geographical mobility
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
