Remote advisor (6-month fixed-term contract)

Tasks

  • Advising our customers on all basic banking products via various communication channels (telephone, email, chat)
  • Recognizing commercial opportunities (proposing and selling our products, organizing appointments with our consultants in the branch)
  • Supporting our customers in the use of our e-banking products and mobile applications

Requirements

  • Holder of a degree in business administration, hotel management, tourism, or an equivalent qualification
  • Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in a customer service role
  • Very good command of computer tools
  • Dynamic, excellent service spirit and team spirit
  • Perfect command of French, very good knowledge of English or German (spoken and written), another language is an advantage—ideally Portuguese or Italian
