Conseillère or Conseiller à distance clientèle internationale

Tasks

• Handling commercial and administrative inquiries from customers resident abroad by telephone, e-mail or post
• Advising clients on the management of their day-to-day affairs
• Support in the global management of these customers
• Ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory framework (FATCA, EAR)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or CFC with several years of experience in banking consulting
• Good communication skills, result orientation, autonomy and organizational accuracy
• Familiarity with new technologies and dynamic environment
• Perfect command of French and English (level C1), German an advantage
