Conseillère or Conseiller à distance clientèle internationale

Tasks

• Handling all types of commercial or administrative inquiries from our international clients based abroad by telephone, e-mail or post
• Advising clients on the management of their day-to-day affairs
• Support in the global servicing of this clientele
• Ensuring the correct application of the applicable regulatory framework (FATCA, EAR)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and interest in client advisory or CFC with several years of experience in banking advisory
• Good communication skills, result orientation, autonomy and organizational accuracy
• Familiarity with new technologies and dynamic environment
• Perfect command of French and English (level C1), German is a plus
