Remote Advisor - International Clients (Compliance Focus)

BCV is seeking a remote advisor for its international retail client base, with a focus on compliance, to implement regulatory requirements and handle client inquiries. Ideally, you have experience in risk management under banking law and are fluent in French and English (C1 level).

Vos missions principales

Ensure the implementation of specific measures related to the handling of retail customers residing abroad.
To carry out, as the first line of defense, AML/CFT due diligence tasks related to establishing business relationships and reviewing transactions.
Monitor the Bank's regulatory requirements, in particular using the relevant workflows (including EAR).
Welcome and assist international retail customers by handling their sales, administrative, and product support requests through the appropriate communication channel (phone, mail, email).

Votre profil

proven experience in banking risk management,
results-oriented, self-reliant, and organized,
Fluency in French and English (C1 level).
