Vos missions principales

Ensure the implementation of specific measures related to the handling of retail customers residing abroad.
As the first line of defense, perform AML/CFT due diligence tasks related to establishing business relationships, conducting relationship reviews, and reviewing transactions.
Ensure that the identified requirements regarding the individuals and relationships being monitored are followed up on.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage them, in particular through workflows and related processes (including EAR).
Welcome and assist international retail customers by handling their sales, administrative, and product support inquiries regarding products in your region, exclusively through [phone, mail, email].

Proven experience in banking risk management
Customer-Focus and Organizational Discipline
Fluent in French and English (C1 level)
