Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a Conseillère or Conseiller à distance for its Retail Banking Division to advise customers via telephone, email and chat and to support them in the use of e-banking products. The position requires a commercial qualification and experience in customer service.

Conseillère or conseiller à distanceTasks
- Advising our customers on the entire range of basic banking products via various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, chat)
- Recognizing commercial opportunities (offering and selling our products, organizing appointments with our consultants in the branch)
- Supporting our customers in the use of our e-banking products and mobile applications
Requirements
- Holders of a degree in commerce, a hotel management or tourism school or an equivalent qualification
- Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in a customer service role
- Very good command of computer tools
- Dynamic, excellent service spirit and team spirit
- Perfect command of French, very good knowledge of English or German (oral and written), another language is an advantage - ideally Portuguese or Italian
