Vos missions

• Ensure the smooth processing, monitoring, and accurate, efficient, and timely execution of the various types of trade finance instruments issued and received in connection with import/export activities,
• Ensure compliance with internal and external rules, procedures, and standards related to documentary operations (ICC, compliance, applicable economic sanctions, etc.),
• Based on an analysis, negotiate the terms and conditions of a transaction with clients and counterparts,
• Advise and provide information to internal and external clients on all aspects related to the processing of Trade Finance instruments,
• Handling and managing a diverse client portfolio,
• Identify the technical risks associated with the processing and execution of document-based transactions,
• Handle more complex tasks and help solve problems,
• Ensure that assistants and interns receive training during their time in the department.

Votre profil

• Higher education,
• At least 10 years of proven experience in structuring and executing all types of documentary transactions at a bank recognized for its expertise in commodity trade finance or at a trading company,
• Ability to analyze complex operations, excellent technical proficiency with instruments and applicable regulations,
• A keen sense of customer service,
• Autonomy, rigor, precision, and teamwork,
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills,
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written; knowledge of another language is a plus), as well as proficiency in banking software.
